ServeApps
About the family
Yes. Each app installs and runs on its own. Nothing is shared except your ServeApps account. Start with the one that hurts most and add the others when you're ready.
No. Everything ships as lightweight theme app extensions: no render-blocking scripts, no layout shift, nothing loaded on pages that don't use it.
Any Online Store 2.0 theme works out of the box. Heavily customized themes usually need zero changes; if yours does, support will wire it up for free.
SelfServe is free up to 25 orders a month; paid tiers come with a free trial of 3 to 10 days, billed through Shopify only after it ends. CartServe and UpServe are on fully free plans right now: no trial clock, no card.
Your store data stays yours. We keep settings for 30 days in case you come back, then delete everything permanently.

SelfServe
Order editing
Whatever you allow: item variants, quantities, the shipping address, and full cancellation. Each capability is a toggle in settings, so you decide what self-serve means for your store.
By default, the moment fulfillment starts. You can also set a fixed window, for example one hour after purchase, and SelfServe uses whichever comes first.
Upgrades are charged and downgrades refunded automatically through Shopify Payments. The order total, taxes, and your reports all stay correct.
Yes. Edits apply before orders are exported to fulfillment. Once your 3PL picks the order up, SelfServe treats it as locked.
Yes. SelfServe is free up to 25 orders a month, and every paid tier starts with a free trial of 3 to 10 days depending on the tier, billed through Shopify only after it ends. No separate card, cancel anytime.
CartServe
Cart drawer
Yes. CartServe is on a fully free plan while we grow: every block, every style control, no usage caps. If that ever changes, existing merchants hear about it well in advance.
No. You drag, drop, and style blocks in the builder, preview the result, and publish when it’s ready. No theme code involved.
That’s the point. Colors, corners, type, and spacing are yours to set, so the drawer looks like your store rather than like an app.
Yes. Preview your drawer against real products, an empty cart, and any market’s currency before you publish.
Prices follow the buyer’s currency, quantities respect stock, and subscriptions and bundles display correctly.

UpServe
Popup upsells
Yes. UpServe is on a fully free plan while we grow: every feature, unlimited popups, no usage caps. If that ever changes, existing merchants hear about it well in advance.
Whenever a trigger you choose fires. Add to cart is the most common. Add conditions to target specific products, and set a frequency cap so shoppers aren’t shown the same offer again and again.
Down to the pixel. Colors, corners, shadows, and spacing are all yours to set, or start from a template and adjust from there.
Every popup reports its own impressions, add-to-carts, conversions, conversion rate, and revenue over time, so you can see exactly what each offer earns.
Offers are built per product with full variant control, and you set the discount per upsold item.
