We serve merchantson their path to success.

ServeApps is a family of Shopify apps: self-serve order edits, a cart drawer you design without code, and upsell popups that run on their own. Each one is built to take work off your plate.

Serving Shopify merchants everywhere

Every store has three moments to win.

The cart.The popup upsell.Everything after.

There's a Serve for each

And on Shopify Plus, upsells in the checkout too.

Support tickets, minus the support.

Customers change sizes, fix addresses, and cancel on their own, inside the order status page they already visit. Your inbox never hears about it.

Design your cart drawer. No code.

Drag, drop, and style a dozen blocks, then publish when it’s ready. Make it exactly like your store, reward shoppers for spending more, and preview it against any market before it goes live.

Merchants say it best.

Reviews from the Shopify App Store, as merchants wrote them. 33 reviews, all five stars.

SelfServe

“SelfServe is a well built product by a team that understands the problems around order editing. All scenarios are covered and the features are presented in a clean interface. Support was amazing from intro to onboarding. Team was very understanding and helped us figure out issues on our end to make everything work. Integrations are well built. Overall, a five star experience.”

“We installed SelfServe expecting it to reduce a bit of support load. What we didn’t expect was how quickly it would transform how our customers handle their own orders.”

“I thought the upsell part was just a gimmick. I got this so customers would stop bugging me to change their address. But I threw a couple of our smaller items up as post-checkout 'add-ons' just to test it... and people are actually buying them! It's wild.”

Yes. Each app installs and runs on its own. Nothing is shared except your ServeApps account. Start with the one that hurts most and add the others when you're ready.

No. Everything ships as lightweight theme app extensions: no render-blocking scripts, no layout shift, nothing loaded on pages that don't use it.

Any Online Store 2.0 theme works out of the box. Heavily customized themes usually need zero changes; if yours does, support will wire it up for free.

SelfServe is free up to 25 orders a month; paid tiers come with a free trial of 3 to 10 days, billed through Shopify only after it ends. CartServe and UpServe are on fully free plans right now: no trial clock, no card.

Your store data stays yours. We keep settings for 30 days in case you come back, then delete everything permanently.

In-app chat and email, answered by humans on the team that builds the apps. Median first reply is under 4 hours, worst case one business day.
